How do i cancel an order?

If unfortunately you have to cancel an order, please do so within 24 hours of placing the order by writing to us at support@shimoro.com mentioning your order number and the reason for cancellation.

 

Return Policy

How to apply for a return?

You can apply for return by raising a Return request from your Shimoro.com account.  You may also do this by writing a mail to us at support@shimoro.com mentioning your order number and the reason for return within 48 hours of delivery and our customer care team will assist you accordingly.

Please Note: Return requests registered after 48 hours of delivery may not be entertained by sellers.

 

What can I return?

We do take returns only for stitched apparels like Tops,Dresses, Kurtis etc.

No Returns on Un-Stitched/Semi-Stitched apparels unless you think you have received the product in a bad condition or if the packaging is tampered with or damaged before delivery, in such cases please refuse to accept the package and return the package to the delivery person. Also, email us at support@shimoro.com mentioning your Order ID. We will personally ensure that a brand new replacement is issued to you with no additional cost. Please make sure that the original product tag and packing is intact when you send us the product back.

We do carry a strict quality check with photographs on all the products before dispatching them but If on a rare chance you receive any damaged/defective product please send an email at support@shimoro.com within 48 hours of delivery, along with photographs and our customer care team will assist you accordingly.

Apart from condition reserved herein above, the following products shall not be eligible for return or replacement, viz:

Product is used or is not in its original condition. The product should not be washed or ironed.

Products are returned without its original packaging,freebies or accessories.

Product was damaged after use/opening.

No Returns on accessories or on products under sale.

No Returns on unstitched apparels.

Any product that exhibits physical damage to the box or to the product;

Any product without a valid, readable, untampered serial number, including but not limited to products with missing, damaged, altered,or otherwise unreadable serial number;

Any product from which the UPC (Universal Product Code) has been removed from its original packaging.

 

How do I return products?

You need to notify us first before returning any product by raising a return request from your Shimoro.com account.  You may also do this by writing a mail to us at support@shimoro.com mentioning your order number and the reason for return within 48 hours of delivery. Since we don't provide Reverse Pick up service, you will have to self ship the product packed well with all the tags and other original packing intact to the address mentioned in your return mail, our customer care team will assist you accordingly.

 Please Note :

 1. Reverse Pick up is not available so kindly self ship the product only if your product is eligible for return.

 2. Do not ship the product back until your return request is approved by our customer care team.

 

What about the Charges for returning of products?

When you're returning an item that was damaged/ defective,you will be compensated for return courier charges. You will be paid flat Rs.100 voucher which can be used to buy any of the products for next 3 months.Please pack well when you are returning the product so that it reaches the seller in good condition.

 

Refund Policy

How will I be refunded for the return?

As soon as we receive your product, refunds will be made within 15 working days from the date of delivery (does not include Saturdays,Sundays and Bank Holidays).

If the payment is made through Credit/Debit card then the entire product amount will be refunded to the same account that's used for transaction within 15 working days!

If the payment is done through Cash on delivery (COD) then the entire product amount will be refunded to your bank account given by you within 15 working days!

If you do not wish to get a refund but rather would like to purchase something else from the store, we will credit your entire product money in the form of voucher code which you can use in your future purchases on shimoro.com.

 

Please Note Cash on Delivery charge of Rs 50 and Shipping charges are not refundable.
